INDIVIDUAL COURSE OUTLINE:

All individual courses are tailor-made and include in depth work on the above modules and the addition of modules applicable to your needs and industry.

FORMAT:
Individual Course: one 1.5 session a week or two 1 hour sessions a week (Minimum 20h)
Seminar: 1 Day seminar in-house or at an innovation lab in Paris

  • Preparation: identifying key stakeholders
  • Mind-mapping: streamlining your idea & identifying call to action
  • Prototype: choosing the correct structure of your pitch and selecting the best media (visuals, data...) to best convey your message
  • Voice and Core: how to use voice and gestures to transmit your message

Individual or Team: 3h minimum*
*timing will be determined after audit of specific business case

SEMINAR COURSE OUTLINE: 
This training is divided into two parts.

PART 1:

  • Insight: looking at disruptions (new entrants, tech, regulatory...) affecting your sector (current and future)
  • Definition: what is Business Model and how to use it
  • Value Propositions: How to formulate value propositions with user stories
  • Workshop: creating your value proposition

PART 2:

  • Canvas: how to use the Business Model Canvas and what each section means
  • Case studies: looking at case studies to get a better understanding
  • Workshop: create your Business Model
  • Collective selection: collectively choose the Business Model you want to go deeper into for your project

FORMAT:
Seminar: 1 or 2 Day seminar* in-house or at an innovation lab in Paris
*a second day is required if the selected business model from day 1 needs to be worked on in more depth
